Warm-up (No Measure)

Over the rig Wally ball

Class will split into two groups. Using a light wall ball to toss over the rig. Any drops by a team will result in a point for the other team and a 5 burpee penalty for the team who misses. All athletes must squat with the ball prior to tossing it over. Also a penalty will be assessed if the ball doesn’t clear the rig.
