Athletes have 4 min to complete one round of the following. If completed in that 4 min their clock extends to 8 min to complete another round. They DO NOT have to wait until the 4 min mark to start their second round. Each time a round is completed in time their clock increases by 4 min. Max score will be 4 rounds.
