Live Fit Bootcamp

What is Live Fit?

Live Fit s CrossFit Live Loud’s exclusive group fitness program designed especially for folks 30 years of age or older. No experience needed!
Live Fit Fitness was developed for beginners!

We are looking for:

  • Men and women 30 years of age and older
  • No experience required
  • Must be willing to commit to the 2 days a week for the entire 4 weeks
  • Someone who is willing to learn and step out of your comfort zone

Success will come from showing up regularly, trying really hard, and being open minded but most importantly we want you to HAVE FUN and celebrate your achievements!

What you are getting:

  • 12 – one hour long fitness sessions
  • 4 Nutrition discussions (1 each week)
  • Before & After photos that will shock you!
  • Hours of individualized attention from our highly certified coaches.
  • The opportunity to meet and make new friends in the community

Our highly certified coaches will make sure your one hour sessions are full of quality instruction, starting with the basics and including a variety of workouts so you will never get bored!

Step 1: Secure your Spot
Complete the registration process which includes a $50 commitment to hold your spot. (The balance can be paid in person and can be done using credit/debit cards, checks, or cash.)
Step 2: Attend our Meet & Greet
Join us at CrossFit Live Loud on Friday, February 16th, 2018 @ 6 pm to meet the coaches and your fellow program mates! We will be going over the program and the details so you won’t ever be in the dark!
