Every 2 mins for 6 min:

Snatch Press from the bottom positiion.

3 sets X 5 @2111 (building over the 3 sets. These will not be heavy)

B)

Every 2 mins for 6 mins:

1 Snatch Push Press + 1 OHS x 4 sets building

C) 6 sets x 1 complex

3 sec Halting snatch deadlift + Snatch from below the knee + snatch

(All sets will be at 65-70% of snatch if you have a 1 rm snatch. Others will do light weight working on form.) *Pause for 2 sec @ below the knee and @ bottom of receiving position.**

D) Temp Bench Press

6 sets of 3 reps @ 21×1

(slow 2 count down and 1 sec pause @ bottom)
