Our highly certified coaches will make sure your one hour sessions are full of quality instruction, starting with the basics and including a variety of workouts so you will never get bored! Success will come from showing up regularly, trying really hard, and being open minded but most importantly we want you to HAVE FUN and celebrate your achievements!
Personal Training sessions are catered to fit your needs and goals. Most sessions are 1-on-1 but we can add 1-2 other people if you have a family member or friend interested in training with you. After a consultation with one of our trainers, you’ll be evaluated and a custom tailored fitness program will be created for YOU. In the beginning, this will be focused mainly on your fitness goals and needs, but as we progress we’ll help you with your nutrition needs as well.
Our Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Weightlifting classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue weightlifting as a sport.

Express class is a high intensity class that uses CrossFit movements. If you are looking for a quick effective workout this class is for you! Who doesn’t have 30 minutes to spare? We hope this helps eliminate the excuse of ,”I don’t have time,” and delivers similar conditioning results a normal hour long CrossFit class would.
Our Kids & Kilos Program is a program that provides strength and conditioning to children while meeting their developmental needs physically, neurologically and cognitively as well. Classes will be fun, interactive and informative for all kids in attendance! Unlike our Little Superheroes class (3-9 age) the Lions Youth Program will focus more on movement efficiency with a light barbell to help produce proper movement patterns and set them up for success after they graduate from the kids program and into the adult CrossFit classes! First class is always free, so please come by and let your kids try out a class.
